Tonight we make small plates of bold flavours beginning withSpicy Edamame (with Togarashi and Maldon Salt);Pork Gyoza with dipping sauce;Sunomono; Inarizushi with Shiso and Sesame Seeds(rice with shiso and sesame in seasonal tofu pockets);Nasu Dengaku Eggplant (Caramelized Miso glazed Eggplant); Tonkatsu (breaded pork cutlet) with comfortingVegetable curryand a luscious toastyHojicha Panna Cotta with Maple Syrup and Hazelnuts to end our evening.
