Travel to the Iberian Peninsula with Carolina Vilegas and experience Spain's unique and influential cuisine. Our kitchen party begins with a refreshing white wine sangria and together we will make Seafood Paella; Gambas al Ajillo (Shrimp in Garlic, Olive oil); Tortilla de Patatas and finally a Tarta de Santiago (Spanish Almond cake) to end our fiesta.
Wine is included in the price of class.
Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre. With advance notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
